In everything, from setting the project up with OUPS to creating a detailed logistical plan to ensure adequate manpower and equipment you exceeded our expectations. It was obvious that your experience in dealing with the city officials as well as all of the utility providers allowed you the confidence to pull the project together in a complete and professional manner despite the extremely short notice that was provided. When your men started the operation on Friday night I did not believe you would be able to complete the 10,000 square feet of demolition and clean up in one weekend. In fact I was sure to set the owner’s expectations far below that “unobtainable” goal. The owner, and myself, believed the demolition work would likely take two weekends to complete. Not only were your crews efficient in their operation, they operated with the utmost concern and respect for both the City’s property and the high end building finishes present in your immediate work area. They started their work late Friday night and not only was the demolition completed by Sunday afternoon, but the entire site was completely cleaned up, the gravel base had been installed and graded. As a result we were able to get the temporary walks installed without ever having to close them during business hours. Needless to say the owner was extremely happy with the progress when they returned to work on Monday and Architectural Concrete Systems, Inc. was in a position to start the balance of the work a full week ahead of schedule. I can’t tell you how much we appreciated your efforts on this and every project you have done for us. I would be honored to recommend you and your company to anyone who asks.
