The Burroughs Concrete Construction & Excavating Group, LLC was started in 1991 by Van Burroughs.

Our Team Leaders:

Van Burroughs: Van has over 23 years of experience in concrete, excavation, and utility work. He is also a carpenter and joinery.

Brian Tinon: Brian is the field manager and has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has been with Burroughs since 1999 and is in charge of overseeing all of our projects from start to finish.

Training:
• 30 Hour OSHA
• 40 Hour OSHA
• Gasoline Certification
• CDL Driver Class A
• Certified all endorsements

Jeff Bland: Jeff is the superindendent here at Burroughs and comes from a long line of concrete finishers. He has over 18 years in the construction industry and has been with us since 2011.

Training:
• 10 Hour OSHA

Rene Miller: Rene is our office manager and comes to us with over 22 years of experience in the industry. She has been with Burroughs since the beginning of 2011 and takes care of bids, billing, and the day to day office operations. Rene is also Van and Brian's assistant when it comes to field operations.
